FAQs
- How long before I start seeing results?
You should start to notice results even after your first use, but best results should be noticed (6-8 shades white) within approx 10-12 applications. - How often should I repeat the process?
We recommend that you use your ICON Teeth Whitening Kit at least twice a day for the first 7-10 days or until your desired shade is achieved. After that, you may consider using the kit every two days or so. Smokers, Tea and Coffee drinkers may need to use the kit more often to remove unwanted stains. - Is Teeth Whitening Safe?
Yes! Our formula and active ingredients conform to Australian standards and dental guidelines. - Can I share my kit?
For hygiene reasons we recommend that you do not share your kit. - Can I paint the gel directly on to my teeth?
Yes! Directly painting the gel on to your teeth can be a great way to ensure that you’re not using too much gel, and also that you’re not overfilling the mouthpiece. Overfilling the mouthpiece can cause the gel to come in to contact with the gums, which may cause sensitivity in some people. If sensitivity occurs discontinue use for a few days, and attempt to reduce the amount of gel you’re using. Discontinue if symptoms persist. - How long should your kit last?
ICON Teeth Whitening Gel Pens: Each pen contains 10ml of our special teeth whitening gel. Application sizes can vary, however each pen should last you around 5-10 days if you’re using it twice a day (as directed). So the three pens should last you up to one month. We recommend replacing your unused pens approx 12 months from the date of purchase. - Can I purchase replacements?
Yes! Replenishments for all ICON Teeth Whitening components are available on-line and can be conveniently purchased via our website. - How long will my products take to reach me?
Products are normally dispatched on the same business day and under most circumstances should reach you withing 1-2 working days. International deliveries may take slightly longer, and customs may occasionally cause delays beyond our control. ICON offers standard or Express Delivery.
