ICON Whitening use Australia Post to ship our parcels. Australia Post provides an efficient direct delivery service to all parts of Australia, and delivers all over the world through their affiliated partners.
Freight will be estimated at the checkout. Choose from Standard or Express Delivery based on your individual requirements. All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Please note the shipping times below.

Tracking your order
How do I track my ICON Whitening order?
As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven’t received an email yet, don’t worry! Orders can take around 1-2 business days to be dispatched. We’ll get back to you shortly!
*Please note: tracking can take around 24 hours to update after dispatch.
Will my parcel be delivered to my address?
Absolutely! Your parcel will be delivered to the address that you provided at the time of your purchase.
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.
*Please note: UAE customers must collect their parcels from their local post office.

- Take a photo of your teeth before using our ICON Whitening Kit.
- Use your kit for a total of 7 consecutive days, following the instructions on the back of your kit box carefully.
- Take a photo of your teeth after completion of ICON Whitening Kit. Please ensure that the lighting is consistent in both photos of your teeth. Please also supply a photo of the used Gel Pens.
- Email our customer service team (help@iconwhitening.com) with the above.
- Your application will be processed within 3 days of submission.
